Laura has been with Monitor Deloitte in the Middle East for over 12 years. She focuses on public sector clients, specializing in economic growth and competitiveness, city development and quality of life, and sustainability. She has deep expertise supporting top-of-house clients to develop internal government strategies, build industry- or society-focused policies, and design and deliver nationally critical initiatives, programs, services, and public sector reform.
Her work has ranged from defining smart city strategies, to creating a national industry-level growth strategy, to designing a new municipality structure, to creating a national industry sustainability report, to leading a major organizational transformation and commercialization program, among many others.
Laura’s passion is helping define policies that make the economy work for everyone, and which drive positive change that creates more prosperous and sustainable futures for our communities.
Laura has a BA from the University of Toronto (Trinity College) and an MSc from the London School of Economics.
