Kamal has over 16 years of experience in real estate advisory covering valuation, consultancy and feasibility studies and has been permanently based in the Middle East since August 2009. Kamal specializes in real estate valuation and has led on the valuation of many high-profile engagements in the Middle East and Globally.
Kamal is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and is also a registered valuer at the Real Estate Regulatory Agency in Dubai.

- Led the valuation of a multi-billion-dirham scheme in Dubai which consisted of hotels, residential units, leisure developments, and a shopping centre
- Led the real estate valuation of multiple Gega projects and real estate portfolios located across the MENA Region. These projects cover various asset classes including residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial and agricultural
- Led the asset identification and valuation of a global real estate portfolio comprising over 220 assets located across 37 countries on behalf of a sovereign wealth fund
- Acted as an audit SME for multiple large real estate developers and investors across the MENA Region
- Undertook real estate valuation of high-profile real estate assets across the MENA Region for arbitration, litigation and dispute resolution purposes
