Kyriacos has over 15 years of experience, having served clients in various industries and sectors, including Technology, Media & Entertainment, Power, Utilities & Renewables, Infrastructure, Transport & Regional Government, Banking and Real Estate, with a main focus on corporate finance advisory, valuations & modelling, dispute and forensic services, feasibility studies, financial projections, debt & equity raising projects, mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, portfolio lead advisory services, restructurings, as well as National & EU funding projects in Cyprus and abroad. He is also the Emerging Growth Companies Segment Leader for Deloitte Private in the Middle East and the Deloitte Middle East & Cyprus Technology Fast 50 Program Leader, working with high growth technology scale ups in Cyprus and across the Middle East region.
Kyriacos holds a B.A. (Hons) in Economics from Lancaster University, and an M.Sc. in Economics & Finance from the University of Warwick. He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter of the CFA Institute.
