Julian is a Partner in the Consulting practice in Deloitte in the Middle East. He has over 23 years’ experience in consulting across the private and public sector. He has led and delivered numerous major transformation programmes for the UK government. More recently he has been working in the MENA region, providing leadership and support to several of Deloitte’s high-profile engagements in the Middle East.
