Jennifer has led diverse teams managing medium to large-cap corporate matters across sectors such as property, mining, retail, healthcare, and recruitment.
Her expertise includes developing and implementing turnaround strategies tailored to various risk profiles, managing ongoing trading operations, and pursuing business sale options to maximise value for creditors and stakeholders. Jennifer has also conducted comprehensive business reviews focusing on financial performance, management capabilities, and lender security.
More recently, she has played a key role in the successful restructuring of significant healthcare groups under the UAE Bankruptcy Law. Jennifer is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia.
