Steven has played a leading role in developing Deloitte’s approaches to improving clients’ governance and finance functions. He is a frequent facilitator of executive sessions to help clients gain alignment on finance function vision, role, and priorities.
His areas of focus include finance transformation, finance cost reduction, performance management, planning, budgeting and forecasting, organizational design, finance service delivery models, and talent management. Steven also provides consulting services for disclosure management, financial reporting and controls, delegation/grant of authority, costing, and profitability measurement, as well as financial systems and process improvement.
