Alberto is the partner responsible for Real Estate at Deloitte Spain. Alberto began his professional career at Deloitte 22 years ago and became a Partner in 2008. He is specialized in Real Estate transactions, M&A, debt financing and refinancing processes. Some of his main clients are: Merlin Properties, Apollo, Castlelake and Värde. Alberto has been a speaker at relevant real estate market events such as the Barcelona Meeting Point, GRI and the Financial Sector Meeting.
