Dr. Faisal N. Al Fadhel is a distinguished former military executive and leading authority in AI and autonomous systems, with over 18 years’ experience delivering defense innovation, intelligence and national-level digital transformation across the United Kingdom and the Gulf. At Deloitte he defines the firm’s AI & Data positioning for defense, bringing strategic clarity, operational discipline, and technical leadership to sovereign challenges in data, models, and algorithmic assurance.
He architects pragmatic, secure AI ecosystems — most notably the UK–KSA AI corridor — encompassing secure data enclaves, accredited model-assurance regimes, sovereign model pipelines and phased commercialization.
