Eduardo Patacho

Eduardo Patacho is a Partner in Finance Transformation at Deloitte Middle East, based in Dubai, and leads the Anaplan alliance in the region. With more than 20 years of experience across Europe, North America and the Middle East, he works with CFOs and executive teams to modernize how finance plans, forecasts, and supports decision-making. His work covers FP&A modernization and connected planning, enterprise performance management (EPM) strategy and implementation on cloud-based platforms, finance operating model design, and finance integration and separation in mergers and acquisitions. He has helped organizations set up new finance functions, move from annual budgets to rolling forecasts, and connect workforce, operational, and financial plans to enable decision making.
