Carola is a Director in Deloitte Middle East’s Artificial Intelligence & Data practice, with over 15 years of experience driving digital innovation and transformation within the public sector across the Netherlands and the Middle East. She combines strategic insight, innovative thinking, and a strong focus on aligning business requirements, technology, and people to maximize value creation.
Her expertise includes designing AI and data strategies, developing technical operating models, promoting the adoption of emerging technologies, and delivering software applications that support strategic objectives. Carola has a proven track record of leading complex, data-driven programs and scaling agile initiatives, having successfully developed and deployed new modules for public sector clients.
During her Executive MBA—completed with Dean’s Honors with Distinction—Carola served as Managing Director of an IT software company, where she refined her leadership capabilities and deepened her expertise in technology strategy, software licensing, and delivery.
