He has over 15 years of experience, leading diligence engagements in the context of equity capital markets, buy and sell side mandates, and acting for private equity clients. He has advised numerous inbound investors into KSA and also advised on privatizations in the Kingdom.
Azhar graduated with a LLB from the London School of Economics and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW.
