Abhishek is a Director within Deloitte’s Human Capital team based in Dubai, bringing over 15 years of management consulting experience across the Middle East.
He has successfully led numerous large-scale organisational transformation programmes, leveraging a blend of deep functional HR expertise and advanced change management skills to ensure seamless implementation of new systems, structures, and processes.
Before joining Deloitte, Abhishek gained extensive experience in strategy, talent management, and change initiatives with leading consulting firms.
Abhishek also holds an MBA from the SP Jain Global Centre for Management and is certified as a Change Management Professional.
