Angela has wide experience leading the design and delivery of workforce transformation projects across the public sector within national and local government organisations. She is passionate about leading transformation through a people-centred approach which places the people dimension of change at the heart of transformation. Angela has implemented solutions across organisational design, leadership development and talent, culture change, employee engagement, learning strategy and skills development, and designing the future workplace. She is focused on solutions which enable people and teams to succeed, thrive, and grow their future capabilities. Primarily operating within Defence, she is currently supporting design of the future Recruitment Operating Model for tri-service recruitment within the Armed Forces Recruitment Programme (AFRP).
