She has extensive experience in shaping, selling, and delivering commercially complex, large-scale programs across Europe and the Middle East.
She brings with her rich experience in shaping large scale initiatives to help clients transform an deliver outcomes in the digital, data and technology domains This includes capability and foundry service deployment where she has run or augmented AI and analytics teams and on the other hand, delivered large scale managed contracts of a more traditional nature. As operate leader, she is working closely with clients to shape innovative deal constructs and coaches clients on how they should structure their programs to deliver efficiency and transformation through GenAI and digital FTEs, increasing efficiency of operations and optimizing costs incrementally.
In addition, within the retail and consumer space, Aditi is an expert in the areas of data strategy, customer, loyalty, e-com, merchandising, contact center, retail operations and supply chain. She also has extensive experience in helping clients establish and grow robust capabilities around data and analytics, starting with the vision and ambition around Data and AI, operating model for analytics, designing and implementing analytical centers of excellence in their businesses and delivering AI at Scale. Her vast experience cutting across data platforms through to AI enablement help deliver holistic advice on transformation.
