Aydin Akca is a partner for Monitor Deloitte in the Middle East. He is a subject matter expert on customer strategies around sales, marketing and customer experience. Based out of the UAE for over a decade, he led the development and delivery of projects primarily in the government and telecommunication practices across the UAE, KSA, Oman and Türkiye regionally; in UK and Azerbaijan globally. His primary focus has been on uplifting the customer lifetime value, enabling the digital transformations, increasing the organizational performance and optimizing the channel utilization.
