What have you achieved since you left Deloitte? 

Since I left Deloitte, I completed my Masters in Human Resources Management at AUB and had two children.

Are you still in contact with any of your previous colleagues at Deloitte? 

Yes, I am still in contact with a few of my previous colleagues, but would like to see them more often.

What is your best memory of working at Deloitte? Please provide us with a brief description. 

My best memory is presenting and addressing the HR topics in a Partners’ meeting in Dubai.

What do you miss most about Deloitte, if any? 

I miss the friendships I made while working at Deloitte and I miss the regional exposure and the ‘busy’ atmosphere.

What one thing do you not miss about Deloitte?

I do not miss working on excel and making graphs.

What is the most important thing you learned from your work at Deloitte? 

Managing priorities, listening and importance of follow up.

What advantage does your experience at Deloitte provide you compared to your colleagues/connections now? 

The ability to deal with people across various age groups and across various levels / nationalities.

If you could give one piece of advice to current Deloitte employee, what would it be? 

Enjoy every second of it, and learn from every experience.
