We’re excited to share Deloitte’s 2020 Global Technology Leadership Study, The kinetic leader: Boldly reinventing the enterprise. The study tracks the evolution of organizations, the technology function, and the role of technology leaders. This year’s study had 1,376 participants across 69 countries and 22 industry sectors including significant participation from the Middle East.

Kinetic tech leaders are poised to reinvent the enterprise.

Kinetic leaders have four distinct attributes.

  3. They are great communicators and influencers especially across the C suite and Board. 
  4. They deliver growth and drive innovation.
