Jana has obtained LL.B. in Law from The St. Petersburg University, and LL.M. in International and EU Tax Law from Uppsala University.
Jana is engaged in various compliance projects (preparation of transfer pricing documentations, benchmarking studies and cost allocation analyses), as well as different consulting projects with elements of International tax, including change of MNE Group’s operational model, establishment of transfer pricing policy for the MNE Group, conclusion of Advance Pricing Agreements and presentation of Client’s interests in Mutual Agreement Procedures with Tax Authorities.
