Pascal is currently the Growth Leader for Deloitte Luxembourg. His areas of expertise cover the project management of large and complex strategic projects, the analysis and definition of business and corresponding operating and technical models, the analysis & definition and implementation of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and the review of business processes based in particular on lean / six sigma methodology. Pascal also developed an expertise on key regulatory aspects as MiFID 1 and 2. Pascal’s educational background blends a financial and business management degree completed with an academic exchange in a German graduate school of management. Pascal is certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and is internal and external trainer for Project Management.

His primary focus is on Wealth and Asset management transformation. He has a strong background in strategic projects, target operating model design, and platform implementation. Julien has demonstrated his ability to set up and lead projects from inception to delivery, coordinating business, technical teams, and vendor resources. He possesses deep knowledge of the Financial Services industry and its IT & Operations challenges, having been involved in numerous business roadmap initiatives, operating model reviews, and solution architecture exercises. Julien is an expert in front office solutions, portfolio management, and advisory processes in the wealth and asset management industry. He currently heads the Wealth Management platforms capability at Deloitte's Luxembourg office.
