Pascal Martino has 20 years of experience in Business Consulting and Advisory services and developed a wide expertise in Private and Retail Banking. Pascal is leading the Banking industry transversally for Deloitte Luxembourg, and the Human Capital Services. Pascal is as well coordinating the Clients & Industries for the Advisory & Consulting department. His areas of expertise cover the project management of large and complex strategic projects, the analysis and definition of business and corresponding operating and technical models, the analysis & definition and implementation of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and the review of business processes based in particular on lean / six sigma methodology. Pascal also developed an expertise on key regulatory aspects as MiFID 1 and 2. Pascal’s educational background blends a financial and business management degree completed with an academic exchange in a German graduate school of management. Pascal is certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and is internal and external trainer for Project Management.

Julien has more than 17 years' experience in the Financial Services and Capital Markets industries, supporting Deloitte’s clients, transforming their business and operating model to adapt to the new digital era. He has been involved in major transformation programs across Europe in the Banking, Wealth and Asset management industries. From all these projects, he gained a deep knowledge around IT & Operations challenges and the best ways to leverage new technologies and digitisation, in order to redefine more agile operating model in a continuously innovating environment. Julien is part of the Industry Solutions Digital Banking management team, coordinating several partnerships with FinTech vendors and he is now leading our Digital Wealth Management capability at Deloitte Luxembourg.
