Este evento será un punto de encuentro para descubrir las oportunidades y sinergias entre España y Luxemburgo. Analizaremos el contexto económico, regulatorio y geopolítico europeo y su impacto en las empresas, además de compartir las últimas novedades fiscales y normativas de Luxemburgo.
Avelino has mainly experience in the manufacturing and real estate industries. In particular he specializes in complex group audits under IFRS and US GAAP. He also has extensive experience on PCAOB integrated audits. Avelino is recognized for his technical expertise within the Deloitte Luxembourg having been part of the technical team for two years supporting audit teams in complex audit consultations. He was also internal control deputy leader. Avelino is a member of Deloitte GCOE team, supporting and coaching audit teams across the globe. Avelino is a member of the ROAC in Spain and a Reviseur d’entreprises agree in Luxembourg. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
Enrique worked for many of the key players in the asset management industry (ranging from traditional to private equity, real estate, and hedge funds), and the banking and insurance sectors during his tenure in Madrid and Luxembourg. Since 2006 he has led a wide array of complex TP projects including intellectual property (IP) valuation, value chain alignment, global documentation and other tax planning projects. Enrique has worked on multiple advance pricing agreements and participated in complex tax audit disputes (negotiation, mediation and litigation) on both the local and competent authority levels. Enrique regularly presents at tax seminars and contributes to technical publications as well as to thought leadership on TP issues. Enrique holds Degree in Law, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain and Master degree in Tax by Instituto de Empresa (IE), Spain. He is a member of ALFI TP Working Group. He is fluent in English, Spanish and German languages.
Jaime joined Deloitte Luxembourg in 2013 and is a Réviseur d’Entreprises, a member of ROAC (Certified Public Auditor in Spain), and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder.
He advises multinational companies in non-FSI industries. He advises his clients on the full transfer pricing cycle that includes planning of global tax models aligned with value creation and operational needs, implementation of transfer pricing policies supported by tools and processes, documentation projects requiring the coordination of multiple jurisdictions, or controversy management, including multi-country tax audits, MAP and APA procedures. Xavier has a double MA in International Business and Economics. He is fluent in English, French, German, Spanish and Catalan.
