Raphaël joined Deloitte in 2007, and currently serves as Partner in Audit. He is specialised in the financial services industry (PSF – Professional of the Financial Sector, Banking, Management Companies and Funds). He is currently the PSF leader in charge of the coordination of the PSF initiative. He has also been working for a renowned Corporate & Trust services for 2 years and part of the executive management. Raphaël is a qualified Luxembourg Réviseur d’entreprises agréé and Expert-Comptable. He holds a university degree certifications in engineer in commercial and management from University in, Louvain la Neuve. He is fluent in French and English.
Kevin joined Deloitte in 2014 and serves as Audit Director for the Professionals of the Financial Sector (PSF) and Capital Market – Digital Assets & Blockchain sectors. Kevin has expertise in auditing PSFs, securitization vehicles investing in crypto-assets or involved in tokenization, and alternative investment funds, with a focus on impact funds. He assists Raphaël Charlier with the supervision of the PSF audit practice and oversees the PSF conference and publications. Kevin is a member of the ABBL Tokenisation & DLT and the LuxCMA Digital & Blockchain Technologies working groups. As part of the French Diplôme d’Expertise-Comptable (CPA), Kevin wrote a thesis on integrating climate-related risks into banks’ IFRS accounting and regulatory frameworks, awarded in 2023 and published in the French regulator’s library. He holds a MSc in Finance, a MSc in Management, the French CPA and the Luxembourg Expert-Comptable certification. He is fluent in French and English.
