This year’s edition of our Fund Roadshow will deliver compelling insights into the latest tax and regulatory developments affecting both traditional and alternative investment funds across Europe.
We will welcome Francesca Gigli Prym, CEO and Member of Board of Directors from UBS Asset Management (Europe) SA and Liam Stanbridge, Global Head of Tax Product from BNY Mellon Ireland, who will contribute their valuable insights to our discussions. Deloitte specialists from different countries will combine their expertise to offer a cohesive European perspective.

Xavier is a partner within the advisory and consulting department and is the head of the Capital Markets practice in Luxembourg. As a market and credit risk specialist, he has been leading various assignments in the field of treasury, derivative valuation and structured product. He is a member of risk managers associations and numerous working groups on risk management and AIFM investment fund association. He is a Global Association of Risk Professionals certified financial risk manager.
Eric Centi
Deloitte - Luxembourg
Eric has 20 years of experience as a tax consultant. He is based in Luxembourg and worked in other financial centres such as London and Paris. Eric leads the Financial Services Industry (FSI) Tax practice at Deloitte Luxembourg where he assists large Financial Institutional on a series of tax related topics including corporate taxation, transfer pricing, operational taxes (FATCA/CRS/DAC6/AML Tax), etc. Eric also leads the Withholding Tax Services at Deloitte. He is one of the Conducting Officers of Deloitte Solutions, a regulated company established in Luxembourg offering operate services such as Tax Reclaims, Client Tax Reporting, FATCA/CRS/QI reporting, EMIR/MiFIR reporting, KYC as a Service etc. Eric holds a Master in Business Law from the Université of Lille (France). He is fluent in French and English.
Sylvain Crépin, FRM

Sylvain joined Deloitte Luxembourg in January 2012 and currently serves as Partner leading our Advisory, Consulting & Operate offering for the Investment Management industry and our Risk & Regulatory reporting for investment funds practice. Sylvain has extensive experience with risk management advisory, regulatory consulting and operations for asset management and investment funds. Topics covered include fund distribution, product launch, risk & compliance, valuation, data dissemination, regulatory and client reporting. Reporting solutions include UCITS and AIFs regulatory reporting, institutional investor reporting (e.g. Solvency II, CRR), pension fund reporting, PRIIPs KID services, EPT, EMT, CTI, DCPT, PRIIPs analytics, SFDR reporting, EET. Sylvain is also a member of the ALFI (Association Luxembourgeoise des Fonds d’Investissement), ALRIM (Luxembourgish Association for Risk Management), AIMA, EFAMA Working Group on Distribution & Investor Protection. Sylvain graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris in 2005 and is certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM®) by the Global Association of Risk professionals (GARP).
Jacquou Martin

Jacquou Martin, Partner, Investment Management Services, has an extensive experience in dealing with the investment fund industry. Those last years, he developed an expertise in Pan-European Tax Reporting and assisted different fund administrators in the parameterisation of fund accounting systems for tax figures. Today, he is responsible for the Tax Reporting department dealing with the compilation and the coordination of the certification for each Pan-European annual tax reporting for funds.
Carmen Thölkes

Carmen joined Deloitte in 2010, and currently serves as Director in Global Fund Tax Reporting for the Investment management sector. Carmen has extensive experience in the European Fund Tax Reporting – especially in Germany and the Nordics countries. She has worked in this field since 2001 starting in fund audit and on fund administrator side, before joining Deloitte. She is specialized in fund tax compliance for international investment management clients and has long withstanding connections with the fund tax experts from the Deloitte member firms. Due to her expertise she has been assigned to a client several times to replace a director position during absence. Carmen is also a member of the ALFI within several tax working groups. She holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt degree in Business Administration International Business from Hochschule Trier and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Alfred University (USA, NY). She is a certified German Tax advisor. She is fluent in German and English.
