As a market and credit risk specialist, he has been leading various assignments in the field of treasury, derivative valuation and structured product. He is a member of risk managers associations and numerous working groups on risk management and AIFM investment fund association. He is a Global Association of Risk Professionals certified financial risk manager.
Sergio Venti
Deloitte - Luxembourg
Sergio has extensive experience in the asset management and asset servicing industries, with specific knowledge on regulatory change. He provided assistance in adapting to UCITS, AIFMD and MiFID regulations, and is now a recognized expert in all aspects concerning the implementation of EU sustainable finance regulations. His assignments usually take the form of strategic projects and benchmarking analysis across various areas, including product strategy, operational efficiency, and regulatory readiness. Prior to joining Deloitte, Sergio worked for the Pictet Group, where he built the Client Solutions & Innovation team. He was part of the Management Committee and oversaw new service developments as well as project execution, change management and marketing activities. Sergio began his career in 2001 at JPMorgan Asset Management. Sergio is a member of several ALFI and EFAMA working groups. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics from the London School of Economics & Political Science. He is fluent in French, English, Italian and Spanish.
Nicolas Hennebert

He has extensive experience in the Financial Services Industry, counselling and auditing large asset management companies and their funds as well as smaller boutiques from the French, UK, US, Asian, Australian, Swiss and local markets. He is also leading the fund liquidation and restructuring department of Deloitte in Luxembourg. Nicolas is recognized for his technical expertise within the Deloitte network of member firms and is involved in the EMEA Investment Management practice of Deloitte. He is a member of various professional associations in Luxembourg including ALFI and ILA. He holds a master degree in Commercial Engineer and a master in analysis, controls and audit from HEC Liège. He is an Expert-comptable, and a Luxembourg Réviseur d’entreprises agréé. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
Sylvain Crépin, FRM

Sylvain has extensive experience with risk management advisory, regulatory consulting and operations for asset management and investment funds. Topics covered include fund distribution, product launch, risk & compliance, valuation, data dissemination, regulatory and client reporting. Reporting solutions include UCITS and AIFs regulatory reporting, institutional investor reporting (e.g. Solvency II, CRR), pension fund reporting, PRIIPs KID services, EPT, EMT, CTI, DCPT, PRIIPs analytics, SFDR reporting, EET. Sylvain is also a member of the ALFI (Association Luxembourgeoise des Fonds d’Investissement), ALRIM (Luxembourgish Association for Risk Management), AIMA, EFAMA Working Group on Distribution & Investor Protection. Sylvain graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris in 2005 and is certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM®) by the Global Association of Risk professionals (GARP).
Eric Centi

Eric has 20 years of experience as a tax consultant. He is based in Luxembourg and worked in other financial centres such as London and Paris. Eric leads the Financial Services Industry (FSI) Tax practice at Deloitte Luxembourg where he assists large Financial Institutional on a series of tax related topics including corporate taxation, transfer pricing, operational taxes (FATCA/CRS/DAC6/AML Tax), etc. Eric also leads the Withholding Tax Services at Deloitte. He is one of the Conducting Officers of Deloitte Solutions, a regulated company established in Luxembourg offering operate services such as Tax Reclaims, Client Tax Reporting, FATCA/CRS/QI reporting, EMIR/MiFIR reporting, KYC as a Service etc. Eric holds a Master in Business Law from the Université of Lille (France). He is fluent in French and English.
