Deloitte Foundation
Founded in 2023 to uplift communities, drive positive change, and empower individuals to thrive by leveraging collaboration toward a more equitable and sustainable future.
Caring about the environment
We reduce our environmental impact by recycling, managing waste and using renewable energies when possible. We reduce consumption of single-use plastic with cups and bottles for new joiners and provide car- and bike-sharing schemes.
Caring about society
We encourage our employees to participate in our cahritable initiatives by donating their time to good causes: ->Impact Days: Gift distributions to children in need on the occasion of Saint Nicholas’ Days ->Operation Shoeboxes: 1,200+ hygiene kits have been distributed to refugees, asylum seekers, people without homes, and people in need through the Red Cross, Caritas and Stëmm vun der Strooss. ->Relais pour la Vie: Deloitte teams and their relatives participate in the 24-hour relay each year. By moving for the good cause, we collect money to be donated to Fondation Cancer. ->KlengeMaart: An opportunity to gather together while supporting good causes and charitable work and causes of local NGOs in Luxembourg.
