As Deloitte celebrates 75 years of presence in Luxembourg, it continues to build on a legacy defined by excellence, trust, and forward thinking. Guided by a vision of sustainable growth and innovation, the firm remains devoted to empowering its people, serving its clients with distinction, and shaping a more connected and future-ready ecosystem for Luxembourg and beyond.
The Autumn Induction marks not only the beginning of each new joiner’s professional journey but also reaffirms the firm’s enduring culture of diversity, respect, and shared progress that has long shaped its success.
This year’s edition, which took place on 13 October, opened with inspiring addresses from senior leadership including John Psaila, CEO and Managing Partner; Christian Van Dartel, People & Purpose Leader; and Anne Bellini Damardji, Head of People. They shared Deloitte Luxembourg’s strategic direction and core values, setting the stage for the successful integration of new colleagues. Their messages underscored the importance of fostering both personal development and collective impact.
Throughout the morning, participants engaged directly with leaders and took part in an innovative blend of in-person and AI-powered learning sessions designed to strengthen technical expertise and human skills alike. Dynamic Q&A exchanges and interactive workshops reflected Deloitte’s leadership in digital transformation and its culture of continuous learning.
In the afternoon, the emphasis turned to collaboration, with team-building activities in the heart of Luxembourg City encouraging connection across business lines and cultures. The day concluded with an evening reception, marking both an ending and a beginning, a celebration of shared purpose.
Reflecting on the event, John Psaila remarked:
“There is something truly special about the energy that fills Deloitte during Induction Week. This period is defined by the meeting of curiosity, ambition, and new perspectives. It is a living demonstration of how Together Makes Progress.”
