As previously announced, Joachim Heukmes will succeed John Psaila, who has served as Managing Partner & CEO since June 2018 and will complete his second consecutive mandate at the end of May 2026. The transition is under way and will continue over the coming weeks in a spirit of continuity and care, ensuring a smooth handover ahead of 1 June 2026.
