Vanessa joined Deloitte in 2008, and currently serves as Tax partner.
Vanessa has extensive experience in International Tax, advising asset managers on a wide variety of international tax issues focusing on M&A practice. – especially in Private Debt and Private equity industry.
Vanessa has in-depth expertise mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence, fund structuring, cross-border withholding taxes, and assistance with tax considerations affecting regulated and non-regulated investment funds.
She is the leader for the tax private debt initiative.
Vanessa holds a master's degree in business engineering and a master in Tax Management from the Solvay Business School (Brussels) and is qualified as a Luxembourg tax expert (diploma in Luxembourg Taxation organized by the Luxembourg Training Institute of the Chamber of commerce.
