Vitali joined Deloitte in 2022, and currently serves as Director in Private Equity Tax for the AIF sector.
Vitali is a Director in Deloitte Luxembourg’s Private Equity Tax practice, specializing in fund and investor taxation for Alternative Investment Funds. He focuses on cross-border investor reporting, retailization of private markets, and multi-jurisdictional tax compliance for private equity, private credit, and real asset structures.
Vitali is recognized within Deloitte for his technical expertise in international investor taxation and his leadership in developing streamlined tax reporting solutions across jurisdictions. He drives initiatives to enhance coordination and efficiency within the Deloitte network for AIF clients.
Vitali holds a Business Law degree from Frankfurt University. He is fluent in English and German.
