Vincent joined Deloitte in October 2008 as Junior in the Cross Border Tax M&A department, where he is currently Managing Director.
With more than 15 years of practical experience, Vincent assists alternative asset managers (private equity and real estate players) on a wide variety of domestic and international tax issues including merger and acquisition, global tax optimization, tax due diligence and other considerations affecting alternative investment funds. In addition, Vincent has a specific focus and strong experience on African market (both inbound and outbound).
Before joining Deloitte, Vincent built up experience in in a law firm in France. He graduated in Tax Law with an additional specialization in Business Administration.
