Virginie Ng Wing Lit-Boulot, joined Deloitte in 2001, and currently serves as Partner in the Audit and Assurance department.
She is specialized in audits of investment funds of public and private assets and also in the regulatory and compliance side.
Virginie is a fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, a Chartered Accountant of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Chartered Accountant of Luxembourg and a Luxembourg “Réviseur d’Entreprises Agrée”.
Virginie is the Chairwoman of the Luxembourg Investment Funds Commission for auditors – “Commission IRE OPC” which advises the investments funds audit profession in Luxembourg.
She is also a member of the advisory committees to the Supervisory Commission of the CSSF for the Luxembourg Financial Sector for investment funds – namely “Comité GFI” and “EWG for AML/CTF”.
Virginie is an active member of the investment fund industry, she regularly participates to various investment fund industry conferences’ and wrote various articles.
She holds a Master in Finance, a Post Graduate Degree Accounting and Finance from University of Cape Town.
She is fluent in French and English.
