Thomas joined Deloitte in 2025 after working for over 15 years in Big Four audit and consulting for financial and non-financial sectors. He is now the Director of Strategy, Risk and Transaction, specializing in Digital Assets for the last five years.
Over the years, Thomas developed strong relationships within the digital assets ecosystem and gained a deep understanding of industry dynamics, use cases, and applicable regulatory frameworks. His ability to bridge the gap between traditional and DLT/digital assets trends in asset management, capital markets, and banking has led to strong expertise in various services. These include strategy, market entry assessment, target operating model definition, and regulatory considerations for digital assets. He also has experience in crypto-funds setup, assets tokenization, crypto-assets valuation, and accounting considerations.
Thomas has a master’s degree in finance (Engr.), is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and completed the MIT Executive program in Blockchain technologies. He is fluent in French and English.
