His regulatory grounding runs deep: early in his career he guided asset managers and financial intermediaries through landmark regulatory shifts — AIFMD, MiFID II, and the evolution of cross-border distribution frameworks — with particular focus on product structuring and fee architecture. Today, that regulatory fluency informs how he shapes strategic and operational change for clients navigating an increasingly complex landscape.
Sebastian holds a Master's in International Business Law from the University of Vienna and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maastricht. He is fluent in German and English.
