Sigo Risy joined Deloitte in 2007, and currently serves as Managing Director for the Audit PERE Department, Private Equity Real Estate Luxembourg.
Sigo Risy has extensive experience in the audit of real estate structures– especially in valuation support. He has developed programs not only in Luxembourg but also across all major asset classes and across Europe/in Italy. Sigo specializes in Real estate valuation, and has in-depth expertise in valuation methods and real estate valuation standards (use cases).
He is recognized for his technical expertise within the Deloitte network of member firms and heads Real Estate Valuation audit team as the leader of the Valuation desk audit of Deloitte Luxembourg. Sigo is also a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
He holds a Business Administration degree “Diplom Kaufmann” from Otto-von-Guericke University and certifications in Luxembourg “réviseur d’entreprises agrée” and German Wirtschaftsprüfer. He is fluent in German, English and Italian.
