Sophie joined Deloitte in October 2006 in the Cross Border Tax department and currently serves as Partner.
Sophie initially positioned herself on the private equity market, advising mainly UK and US based clients. Working with highly technical colleagues of the London and US practice, she has acquired a strong experience in terms of international and local tax advisory as well as local tax compliance.
When taking over her Manager role in 2010, she extended her knowledge and technical skills to advise Real estate and Canadian corporate clients while keeping her historical Private Equity client base.
She provides services such as acquisition - implementation – exit structuring, tax due diligence services, tax compliance and liquidation or migration of Luxembourg acquisition structure.
