Philippe joined Deloitte in 2017, and currently serves as Director in business consulting for the alternative investments sector.
Philippe has extensive experience in performing strategy and operating model transformation projects for GPs, LPs, investment managers and their service providers. Accomplished transformation initiatives span strategy definition through to operational readiness, at both corporate and fund levels. His engagement experience includes operational optimisation, organisational readiness for new product strategies, cost recharge framework design and benchmarking, support for new AIF launches, and sourcing strategy definition and implementation. He has developed programs not only in Luxembourg but also in the US, the Middle East, Western and Central Europe and the Nordics.
Philippe is also an active member of the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA) Wealth Management Club and the CFA Society Luxembourg.
He holds a Master’s degree from Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management and is a CFA® charterholder. He is fluent in English, German, French and Luxembourgish.
