Patrick joined Deloitte as a Partner in 2011 and was promoted to the Executive Committee in 2018. He has recently been appointed Chief Technology & Transformation Officer (CTTO), a role that reflects the firm's conviction that technology, AI, and transformation are now at the very heart of its competitive strategy.
As CTTO, Patrick leads the firm's most comprehensive transformation agenda - unifying all technology functions under one vision, driving the Operate Joint Venture between Tax and ACG, and driving the firm's AI-first strategy from GenAI adoption to full agentic deployment. He also serves as the firm's Innovation Leader, bridging internal transformation with the external venture and fintech ecosystem.
Patrick has extensive experience shaping and delivering complex transformation programs - particularly in Banking and Investment Management — across Luxembourg, Europe, and the Middle East. He specializes in IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, and Digital and Business Transformation, and has developed deep expertise in AI, FinTech, and emerging technologies including AI/GenAI and agentic platforms – for which he holds responsibilities at EMEA level.
A trusted advisor to CIOs and COOs across the financial services industry, Patrick is recognized for his technical leadership within the Deloitte network. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
