Orhan joined Deloitte Tax & Consulting Luxembourg in 2024 and as Senior Manager in the VAT team, with firmwide responsibility across all industry sectors.
Orhan has extensive experience in VAT advisory, particularly in digital transformation initiatives, including VAT implementation, FAIA/SAF‑T advisory, and e‑invoicing projects. He Brings 20 years of international experience to Luxembourg, gained by leading projects across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.
He is recognized for his technical expertise within Deloitte’s network of member firms and is an EMEA‑level e‑invoicing and the e‑reporting specialist/champion for the Luxembourg practice. He regularly delivers internal and external presentations, speaks at webinars and seminars, and contributes to publications.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Uludag University, Turkey, and a qualification in Accounting & Data Analytics from Colorado State University, USA. He is a CPA (Turkey) with over ten years of licensure and is fluent in English.
