Nicolas joined Deloitte in December 2005, and currently serves as International Tax Partner.
Nicolas has extensive experience in cross-border tax planning and consulting – especially in MNC industry. He is focusing on International groups investing in Europe. Nicolas advises clients on a wide variety of international tax issues, including mergers and acquisitions, assistance with structuring acquisitions and repatriation of income, and has in-depth expertise in ATAD II & III, MLI, Pillar II and DAC6. Nicolas has been in charge of tax review of audit client.
Nicolas served on the Luxembourg desk in NY for 30 months being the head from 2015 to 2017.
Nicolas is in charge of Learning for the Deloitte Luxembourg Tax department.
He holds a Master degree at EDHEC business school (France), a Master Degree in Tax at the University of Nice and is a Luxembourg Chartered Accountant He is fluent in French and English.
