Mostapha joined Deloitte in 2021, and currently serves as Director in the Technology Strategy & Transformation team and supporting diverse industries. Prior to joining Deloitte, he worked at another Big 4 company (within the Technology Consulting team) for around 8 years.
Mostapha has extensive experience in developing IT strategy, designing enterprise architectures, and driving large IT transformations for clients, and worked with multicultural team members and stakeholders. He has delivered programs and projects not only in Luxembourg but also in the middle east region (KSA, UAE, Kuwait, etc.). Mostapha specializes as well in Green IT, FinOps, IT infrastructure and Cybersecurity, and has in-depth expertise in designing target IT operating models, developing IT roadmaps and supporting clients in executing their IT strategy.
He is the lead alliance manager for Dynatrace and ServiceNow at Deloitte Luxembourg and has contributed to many internal initiatives within the firm.
He holds an engineering degree in Telecommunications & Networking and a Masters degree in Networks & Systems Security and certifications in Strategy & Business Planning Professional (KPI institute), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Scaled Agile PO/PM. He is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
