Maryam joined Deloitte in 2008, and currently serves as Réviseur d`entreprises for Statutory Audit and regulatory assignments in the Financial services sector in Luxembourg.
She has extensive experience with leading and coordinating audits of large Banking clients of international groups – especially audits of public interest entities, internal control and regulatory compliance.
She leads Statutory and international audit assignments (IFRS and local GAAP) of Financial Institutions (Retail, Private and Depository Banks), Payment Institutions, Management Companies and Investment Funds, as well as managing group audits and coordinating audit engagements involving other Deloitte Member Firms. She also heads internal control and risk management assignments and Audit innovation and delivery transformation in the financial services sector.
She is fluent in French, English, German, Luxembourgish and Farsi.
