Maude Bologne joined our firm in 2005. Initially part of the M&A Tax advisory practice, she joined the Tax Compliance practice in 2012 where she assists clients with the full range of their corporate tax compliance services.
She is experienced in international tax services, specialized in direct tax compliance services, compliance support, tax reviews, tax due diligences.
Since 2013, she is dedicated to assisting client with their direct tax compliance.
She is also an active member of the EMEA Centre of Excellence for RE funds providing solutions to RE players looking to outsource the coordination and delivery of their back-office functions.
She’s co-author of the “Guide to the Luxembourg Corporate Tax Return” published in 2018 (French version), 2019 & 2022 (English versions).
She holds a Law Degree from Liège University and she is fluent in French and English.
