Maude Bologne joined Deloitte in 2005 and is currently a Partner in Tax & Legal. She began her career as a tax advisor on M&A transactions, primarily serving Real Estate clients and gaining strong exposure to other Alternative asset classes.
In 2013, she transitioned into the tax compliance practice, where she continues to support Alternative Investment players on both local and centrally coordinated compliance mandates.
Maude serves as People & Purpose Leader for Deloitte Luxembourg, having previously contributed to the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.
She has also served as Function Risk Leader for the Tax & Legal practice.
She holds a law degree from the University of Liège and is fluent in French and English.
