Laura Delpey joined Deloitte in 2009, and currently serves as Partner in Audit & Assurance for the Real Estate sector.
Laura has extensive experience in consolidated and statutory financial statements for listed and non-listed companies, especially in Real Estate and Alternative industries. She has developed programs in Luxembourg but also in the Middle East and several Deloitte member firms across the globe. Laura specializes on open end fund matters, and has in-depth expertise in REIFs’ use cases.
She is recognized for her technical expertise within the Deloitte network of member firms and has been appointed as leader of the Audit Transformation Team for Alternative Investments, and is a member of the ALFI REIF Financial Framework Working Group.
She holds a Master in Management from SKEMA and a Master degree in Audit & Accounting from Lille University and is a Réviseur d’Entreprises Agréé . She is fluent in English and French.
