Joachim Heukmes is the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte Luxembourg. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of Deloitte EMEA.
With more than two decades of experience at Deloitte, he has played a central role in shaping the firm’s advisory capabilities and its position within Luxembourg’s broader business and financial ecosystem.
Throughout his career, Joachim has built and led a recognised practice spanning mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and restructuring, with deep expertise across financial services, alternative investments, and complex cross-border transactions. His work has consistently focused on navigating intricate situations and delivering sustainable value for clients operating in an increasingly interconnected global environment.
Beyond his client-facing role, Joachim has held successive firm-wide leadership responsibilities, including as practice leader for Strategy, Risk, Regulatory and Transactions Advisory, Deputy Leader of Advisory and Consulting, as member of the firm Supervisory Board and more recently of the firm Executive Committee.
Joachim holds a Master of Science in Management from HEC Liège and is a CFA charterholder. He is fluent in English and French.
