Jared joined Deloitte in 2021 and currently serves as a Director in the Strategy, Risk and Transactions department.
He has extensive experience in all aspects of borrowing and lending, particularly in the context of real estate transactions, covering origination, credit risk assessment, negotiation, implementation, ongoing management and monitoring, and valuation. Prior to joining Deloitte, he gained more than 12 years of real estate banking and investment experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.
He is a senior member of the Debt Advisory team within the Advisory & Consulting business and a member of several working groups at the EMEA level. Jared holds a Bachelor of Business Science in Actuarial Science in the special field of Finance from the University of Cape Town and he is a CFA Charterholder.
