Hélène Létudais joined Deloitte in 2015, and currently serves as Partner in the Direct Tax Compliance department. She has worked in the field of international tax since 2007. She is qualified as Tax Compliance Officer.
She focuses on serving clients of various sizes from Private Equity, Real Estate, and Private Debt sectors. She has a depth expertise in the tax compliance obligations of Luxembourg companies, such as SOPARFIs, tax-transparent entities, securitization vehicles, SICARs / RAIF SICARs...
She is recognized for her tax technical expertise within the Deloitte and is member of several external tax working group such as UEL (“Union des Entreprises Luxembourgeoises”).
She holds a Master Degree from University of Metz, France and a LL.M. from the University from Trier, Germany. She is fluent in French and English.
