Harald is an audit partner within Deloitte Luxembourg and German Business Leader of Deloitte Luxembourg. He has over 26 years of experience in the financial and non-financial services in Luxembourg as auditor and at a trust company. He is specialized in the audit of regulated and unregulated Private Equity and Real Estate structures reporting under IFRS and/or Lux GAAP on standalone and consolidated basis.
Harald has extensive experience in IFRS accounting topics and is co-chairman of the REIF Best Practice Fund Operations working group of the Luxembourgish Fund Association, ALFI.
Harald was many years lecturer for IFRS lectures at the Universities of Trier and Saarbrücken.
He is specialised in IFRS accounting topics and technical questions on Real Estate and Private Equity.
Harald holds a master degree in business administration ("Diplom-Kaufmann") at the University of Trier and is a qualified Luxembourg Réviseur d’Entreprises. He is fluent in German and English.
