Guillaume is a Partner in Advisory & Consulting at Deloitte Luxembourg, where he leads the Distribution, Advisory & Support team within the Cross-Border Fund Distribution practice for the Investment Management industry. Guillaume also serves as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (“DEI”) Leader.
Guillaume began his career as an external auditor specializing in investment funds and PERE. Since joining Deloitte, he has developed extensive expertise in regulatory compliance, cross-border distribution, regulatory operations, and change management within Deloitte’s Strategy, Risk and Transactions practice.
He has led the development of several innovative solutions and services. Following the transposition of the AIFM Directive, Guillaume set up Deloitte’s Notification Service, helping position the firm as a market leader in AIFMD cross-border marketing. He also launched the European Investors Facilities Services (“EIFS”), a platform providing investor facilities. He developed Deloitte’s market intelligence tools, including the Cross-Border Distribution World Tour and Navigating Asia.
Guillaume has also contributed significantly to the international expansion of Deloitte Luxembourg’s cross-border distribution practice, particularly across the APAC region and the Middle East. In this context, he designed an innovative operating model to manage offshore fund marketing operations in these regions from Luxembourg.
Today, Guillaume focuses on business development, regulatory transformation, RegTech initiatives and the digitalization of financial services.
Finally, in his role as DEI Leader, Guillaume supports the firm’s ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace and advancing its DE&I priorities.
