He brings a distinctive combination of strategy consulting (Bain & Company), large-scale operational leadership (Amazon - owned multi-billion pan-EU P&Ls and led cross-functional teams across 5 countries - and Glovo) and process transformation expertise (Accenture - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) built over 20+ years across EU markets.
Gaetano has lived in 6 countries and brings highly international industry expertise including a focus on Consumer Goods and Retail - with more than a decade in e-commerce and digital businesses - along with Telco, Banking, Private Equity, Energy / Resources and Public Sector.
He holds an MSc from Bocconi University.
