Frank is a Deloitte Partner in the Strategy, Regulatory & Corporate Finance department with a proven track record of more than 16 years in the Financial Services Industry and Big4 in Luxembourg.
His profound market knowledge and expertise in Luxembourg Banking and Investment Management Industry covers: Depositary banking, Wealth Management, Migrations, Restructuring, IT Transformation, Alternative Investments, Regulatory topics, and Project Management.
Frank has recently coordinated a large-scale bank transformation project for a major German banking group in Luxembourg. In that respect, he mainly acted as Lead PMO during the evaluation and migration phase to a new core banking system for the Operations stream. Furthermore, he coordinated various internal and external stakeholders while a team of up to fifteen staff on the ground.
Frank is a German native speaker and speaks English fluently. He is a German “Bankkaufmann” and holds certification “Operations Certificate Program by ICMA” as well as “Prince2 (Foundationer)”.
